Marriott International recently announced the new appointment of Mr. Stephen Li as Cluster General Manager of Lishui Marriott Hotel and Element Lishui. He is fully responsible for the hotel strategy and operation management.
Mr. Stephen Li is a hospitality veteran with over 25 years' experience across international hotel groups such as Marriott, Hilton, and Wanda Hotels & Resorts. Since joining Marriott in 2007 as Director of Group Sales at the Portman Ritz-Carlton, Shanghai, he has held various leadership roles across locations such as Shanghai, Hefei, Hangzhou, Changzhou, Wuhan and Nanning. Most recently, Mr. Stephen Li has been serving as General Manager overseeing Changzhou Marriott Hotel Jintan and Fairfield by Marriott Changzhou Jintan since 2022.
With expertise in pre-opening operations and multi-brand management, Mr. Stephen Li combines strategic vision, market acumen, and operational expertise honed through managing high-end hotels across multiple international brands. As the new General Manager, she will oversee the overall operations and management of the hotel, leading the Pan Pacific Tianjin team to achieve new heights of success.
Ms. Kellin Zhang has held positions in star-rated hotels in first-tier cities such as Shenzhen and Beijing.
